1. Appointments and Cancellations

  • Appointments can be made online by email,  in person, or by phone.

  • A  24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling would be greatly appreciated.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows may be charged the full service amount or be required to pre-pay for future bookings.

 

2. Pricing

  • All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • A full quote will be provided before services are rendered.

 

3. Payments

  • We accept cash, EFTPOS, major credit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

  • Full payment is required at the time of service.

  • Deposits may be required for certain services or group bookings.

 

4. Service Satisfaction

  • If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 7 days.

  • We may offer a complimentary correction or an alternative solution at our discretion.

  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind.
