Refund Policy

At Get Funked Hair, we are committed to providing high-quality hair services and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our procedures in relation to refunds and re-dos.

1. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or decide you no longer want the service after it has been completed.

2. Unsatisfactory Service

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your hair service, please notify us within 7 days of your appointment. We will:

  • Offer a complimentary adjustment or correction service, at our discretion

  • Not offer a refund unless required under Australian Consumer Law

Note: You must return to the salon so we can assess the service and resolve the issue fairly.

3. Retail Products

We do not offer refunds for retail products due to change of mind. We will offer an exchange or refund if:

  • The product is faulty or damaged

  • The product is not as described

  • You are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law

  • Products must be returned within 14 days, unopened, and in original condition. Proof of purchase is required.

4. Your Rights Under Australian Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
